How do you ship?
We use UPS to ensure the highest quality of delivery and return service.
Packages are shipped without a required signature and are typically left at the door at most locations. All free shipping is ground shipping. Please contact us or assistance to discuss whether upgraded shipping options are necessary.
Where do you ship?
We only ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, or internationally. No exceptions.
Can I change the shipping address after submitting an order?
We are not able to change the shipping address once the order is processed. Please contact us for assistance to discuss options.
What if I have an issue with my fit?
When you receive your outfit, please open it and try it on within 48 hours. If any item doesn't fit properly, contact us as soon as possible to discuss next steps.
Please do not alter a suit before calling us if you feel that the fit is not to your preference in the shoulders of the jacket or the seat of the pants.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unaltered retail suits. Contact us to coordinate your return before shipping it back to us. We cannot accept a return for a retail suit if it's been worn, altered in any way, or is not in new condition.
